Information and purposes
When you submit an enquiry, we receive the name, email, company, country and message you provide. A calculator enquiry includes the estimate you choose to send. We also receive the page, language, campaign labels and referring website to understand the context of your request. Providing contact details is necessary for us to reply; avoid including confidential documents or sensitive personal information. We use enquiries to respond and take steps you request before a possible engagement, or on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. Submission does not create a professional engagement. We do not add enquiries to marketing lists.
Hosting and email
Vercel hosts the website and processes technical request information needed to deliver and secure it. Enquiries are sent through Resend to our team's Google email inbox. These providers process data under their applicable terms and privacy arrangements. Infrastructure and support may involve processing outside the EEA. Where the GDPR requires safeguards for a transfer, an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards must apply; contact us for details relating to your information. We do not sell enquiry data.
Optional measurement
Only after you accept optional analytics do we enable Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to measure visits, interactions and website performance. We remove URL query strings and fragments from measurement URLs and do not include your form fields or calculator amounts in analytics events. You may decline or withdraw consent through Privacy choices in the footer. Refusing analytics does not prevent enquiries.
Retention and access
We keep enquiry records for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, subject to applicable legal obligations and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Provider logs follow the provider's retention arrangements. Access is limited to people and service providers involved in these purposes. You can request details of the retention that applies to your enquiry.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
